Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Go With Me ("the App", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
When creating an account, you may be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not register for or use the App.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account, password, profile information, and activity in the App. You must not create fake profiles, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without permission.
User Content
You are responsible for the events, photos, profile details, messages, and other content you create or upload.
You must not post, upload, or send content that is:
- illegal, unsafe, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
- sexually exploitative or harmful to minors;
- fraudulent, misleading, spam, or impersonation;
- invasive of another person's privacy;
- infringing another person's intellectual property or other rights;
- encouraging violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.
You grant us the permission needed to host, store, display, moderate, and share your content inside the App so the App can function.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report objectionable event content and block abusive users in the App. Blocking a user removes that user's events from the blocking user's feed immediately and sends a moderation report to us.
Events and Offline Meetings
The App helps users create, discover, join, and discuss events. We do not organize, supervise, verify, or guarantee events or offline meetings.
You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, transportation, expenses, conduct, and interactions with other users. Use caution when meeting people offline, meet in public places when appropriate, and do not attend events that feel unsafe.
We are not responsible for user conduct, event quality, attendance, cancellations, injuries, losses, disputes, or any offline activity related to App events.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove, or refuse content or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, harm other users, break the law, or abuse the App.
We review objectionable content reports within 24 hours. If content violates these Terms, we may remove the content and suspend or eject the user who provided it.
We may pause or terminate access to the App at any time when necessary to protect users, the App, or our legal interests.
Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- use the App for illegal, harmful, or unsafe activity;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App;
- attempt to bypass security or access data without permission;
- upload malware or overload the service;
- use the App to promote scams, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Firebase and Google Maps. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that events or user information will be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to user conduct, offline meetings, event outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
